HB 377 The following report was received April 29: April 26, 2004 Dear Mr. President and Mr. Speaker, The CONFERENCE COMMITTEE considered CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 377(FIN) "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; and providing for an effective date" and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 377(FIN) respectfully requests limited powers of free conference on the following specific points (details listed in attached reports): Allocations with Items Subject to Conference Language Subject to Conference Structural Changes Subject to Conference Mental Health Capital Projects Subject to Conference The details of the specific points will be published in Senate and House Joint Journal Supplement No. 18.
