The question being: "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                                             
NO. 18 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules                                  
of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 195,                                     
relating to the state health insurance plan, pass the Senate?" The roll

HOUSE BILL NO. 199 "An Act removing the annual adjustment to                                        
the minimum wage based on the rate of inflation; and providing for an                               
effective date" was read the second time.                                                           
                                                                                                    
President Therriault stated HOUSE BILL NO. 199 will be on the May

CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 216(FIN) "An Act relating to and                                              
limiting municipal taxation of refined fuel and wholesale sales of fuel,                            
and to the bulk fuel revolving loan fund" was read the second time.                                 
                                                                                                    
President Therriault stated CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 216(FIN) will
