Senator Ben Stevens moved for the adoption of the effective date clauses. The question being: "Shall the effective date clauses be adopted?" Senator Elton gave notice of reconsideration on CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 191(FIN) am (efd fld S) "An Act relating to the Alaska coastal management program and to policies and procedures for consistency reviews and the rendering of consistency determinations under that program; eliminating the Alaska Coastal Policy Council; and annulling certain regulations relating to the Alaska coastal management program." Reconsideration of Senate Bills SB 176 Senator Lincoln requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 176(JUD) be taken up. The bill was before the Senate on reconsideration.
