Second Reading of House Bills (continued) HB 195 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 195(L&C) am "An Act relating to coverage offered under an individual policy of health care insurance; relating to the state health insurance plan; and providing for an effective date" was read the second time. Senator Bunde, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Labor and Commerce Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 1591. Senator Ellis objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 195(L&C) "An Act relating to the state health insurance plan; and providing for an effective date" was adopted. President Therriault stated SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 195(L&C) will be on the May 21 calendar. Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 18 be brought up as a special order of business. Without objection, it was so ordered. Special Order of Business SCR 18 SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 18, which had been held on the Secretary's desk (page 1597), was read the second time and was before the Senate on final passage.
