The Community & Regional Affairs Committee has considered:                                          
                                                                                                    
    SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 25                                                                  
    Recommending that certain federal funding restrictions be eased                                 
    so that more villages in Alaska would qualify for assistance                                    
    relating to flooding and erosion.
