Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the                             
effective date clause.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                
                                                                                                    
In accordance with Rule 43(b) of the Uniform Rules, the Speaker                                     
waived engrossment of HCS CSSB 337(FIN) am H.  It was signed by                                     
the Speaker and Chief Clerk and transmitted to the Senate for

House consider the Conference Committee report on the following,

     "An Act relating to information and services available to pregnant                             
     women and other persons; ensuring informed consent before an                                   
     abortion may be performed; and providing exceptions to informed

     "An Act relating to information and services available to pregnant                             
     women and other persons; and ensuring informed consent before
