The following, which was held from the May 20, 2003, calendar (page                                 
2028), was read the third time:                                                                     
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 202(FIN)                                                                
     "An Act relating to school transportation; relating to the base                                
     student allocation used in the formula for state funding of public                             
     education; and providing for an effective date."                                               
                                                                                                    
The Speaker stated that, without objection, the rules would be                                      
suspended and the bill would be returned to second reading for all                                  
amendments.
