IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date." (technical title change) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSB 100(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Speaker stated that, without objection, HCS CSSB 100(FIN) would be held to tomorrow's calendar. CONSIDERATION OF THE FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL CALENDAR Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House adopt the First Supplemental Calendar.
