The question being: "Shall SB 147 pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: SB 147 Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 36 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 4 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Anderson, Berkowitz, Chenault, Cissna, Coghill, Crawford, Dahlstrom, Fate, Foster, Gara, Gatto, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Harris, Hawker, Heinze, Holm, Kerttula, Kohring, Kookesh, Kott, Lynn, Masek, McGuire, Meyer, Morgan, Ogg, Rokeberg, Samuels, Seaton, Stoltze, Weyhrauch, Whitaker, Williams, Wilson, Wolf Excused: Croft, Joule, Kapsner, Moses And so, SB 147 passed the House. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. SB 147 was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and returned to the Senate. SB 157 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 17, 2003, calendar (page 1796), was read the third time: CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 157(HES) am H "An Act relating to inpatient psychiatric services for persons who are under 21 years of age and are either eligible for medical assistance or are in the custody of the Department of Health and Social Services."
