The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 9,                                  
2004, calendar (page 4061), was read the third time:                                                
    CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 326(STA)                                                                 
    "An Act relating to investments of Alaska permanent fund assets;                                
    and providing for an effective date."                                                           
The question being:  "Shall CSSB 326(STA) pass the House?"  The

CSSB 326(STA) was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and                                         
returned to the Senate.
