2003-05-14 House Journal Page 1646 SB 87 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 13, 2003, calendar (page 1603), was read the third time: 2003-05-14 House Journal Page 1647 HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 87(JUD) "An Act relating to principal and income in the administration of trusts and decedents' estates and the mental health trust fund; adopting a version of the Uniform Principal and Income Act; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall HCS SB 87(JUD) pass the House?" Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Berkowitz gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on HCS SB 87(JUD).
