     "An Act relating to fines for offenses committed within school

and recommends it be replaced with:                                                                 
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 387(CRA)                                                                 
     "An Act relating to fines for moving motor vehicle or traffic                                  
     offenses committed within highway work or school zones; and
