     HOUSE BILL NO. 350                                                                             
     "An Act relating to adding personal injury, death, and property                                
     damage from arson in the first degree to the offenses compensable                              
     by the Violent Crimes Compensation Board."                                                     
                                                                                                    
and recommends it be replaced with:                                                                 
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 350(STA)                                                                 
     "An Act adding personal injury and death from arson in the first                               
     degree to the injuries compensable by the Violent Crimes                                       
     Compensation Board; and providing for an effective date."
