     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 293(W&M)                                                                 
     "An Act relating to a state sales and use tax; relating to taxes                               
     levied by cities and boroughs; providing authority to the                                      
     Department of Revenue to enter into the Streamlined Sales and                                  
     Use Tax Agreement; increasing the motor fuel tax and repealing                                 
     the special tax rates on blended fuels; and providing for an
