The Labor & Commerce Committee has considered:                                                      
                                                                                                    
     HOUSE BILL NO. 234                                                                             
     "An Act relating to brewpubs, and continuing the existence of the                              
     Alcoholic Beverage Control Board; and providing for an effective

and recommends it be replaced with:                                                                 
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 234(L&C)                                                                 
     "An Act relating to the sale of beer manufactured at a brewpub;                                
     continuing the existence of the Alcoholic Beverage Control
