The Health, Education & Social Services Committee has considered:                                   
                                                                                                    
     HOUSE BILL NO. 21                                                                              
     "An Act relating to an optional group of persons eligible for                                  
     medical assistance who require treatment for breast or cervical                                
     cancer."                                                                                       
                                                                                                    
and recommends it be replaced with:                                                                 
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 21(HES)                                                                  
     "An Act relating to an optional group of persons eligible for                                  
     medical assistance who require treatment for breast or cervical
