MESSAGES FROM THE SENATE HB 377 A message dated April 22, 2004, was read stating the Senate has passed CSHB 377(FIN) with the following amendment and it is transmitted for consideration: SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 377(FIN) "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; and providing for an effective date." CSHB 377(FIN) is under Unfinished Business.
