Representative Coghill objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Berkowitz: Page 3, lines 5 - 6: Delete all material and insert: "(D) a person who has a valid power of attorney concerning the child; or" Representative Berkowitz moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 2 was adopted. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSSHB 273(JUD) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. Objection was heard.
