Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Gara and Gruenberg: Page 2, line 2: Delete "recklessly" Insert "negligently" Representative Gara moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 214(JUD) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. Representative Berkowitz objected. The Speaker stated that CSHB 214(JUD) will be in third reading on tomorrow's calendar.
