Message dated May 11 was read, stating the House passed CS FOR                                      
SENATE BILL NO. 357(FIN) "An Act relating to the regulation of                                      
insurance, insurance licenses, qualifications of insurance producers,                               
surplus lines, fraud investigations, electronic transactions, and                                   
compliance with federal law and national standards; and providing for                               
an effective date" with the following amendments:

and with a House Letter of Intent.                                                                  
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved that the Senate concur in the House                                       
amendments and recommended the body vote no.
