 Delete "to filling a vacancy in the office of United States                                      
senator, and"                                                                                     
                                                                                                    
Delete Sections 1 - 8 and 10.                                                                       
                                                                                                    
Renumber the remaining section accordingly.                                                         
                                                                                                    
Representative Berkowitz moved and asked unanimous consent that
