CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 81(STA) "An Act relating to motor                                             
vehicle emissions and to inspection decals and fines relating to motor                              
vehicle emissions; and providing for an effective date" was read the                                
second time.                                                                                        
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                              
passage. Senator Ellis objected.                                                                    
                                                                                                    
President Therriault stated CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 81(STA) will                                      
be on the May 11 calendar.
