The question being: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 180(FIN)                                          
"An Act implementing pay differentials based on geographic areas for                                
certain state employees and for members of the Alaska State Defense                                 
Force; relating to cost-of-living differentials for state aid to                                    
municipalities; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?"
