The question being: "Shall CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION                                           
NO. 14(STA) Urging President Bush, the United States Department of                                  
State, and the United States Congress to intervene and negotiate with                               
the government of Canada to reconsider the imposition of a fee to                                   
transport firearms through Canada, pass the Senate?" The roll was
