Senators Halford, Leman offered Title Amendment No. 1: Page 1, line 1: Delete "reduce" Insert "eliminate" Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of Title Amendment No. 1. Without objection, Title Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 12(title am) was read the third time. Senator Donley moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as a cosponsor on the resolution. Without objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 12(title am) Urging the United States Congress to amend the tax code to eliminate the marriage penalty, pass the Senate?"
