The question being: "Shall SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 507(TRA) "An Act naming the Trooper Hans-Peter Lothar Roelle Memorial Weigh Station, the Officer Justin Todd Wollam Memorial Bike Trail, the Mail Carrier Emil Wegner Memorial Corridor, and the Katelyn Ohmer Markley Bridge; relating to the naming of the Wendy Ann Cogdell Memorial Rest Area; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: SCS HB 507(TRA) Third Reading - Final Passage Effective Date YEAS: 17 NAYS: 1 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 2 Yeas: Austerman, Cowdery, Davis, Donley, Ellis, Elton, Halford, Hoffman, Kelly, Leman, Lincoln, Olson, Phillips, Stevens, Taylor, Torgerson, Wilken Nays: Therriault Absent: Green, Ward and so, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 507(TRA) passed the Senate. Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was referred to the Secretary for engrossment. SCR 44 SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 44, which had been placed on the Secretary's Desk (page 3487) was read the second time and was before the Senate on final passage.
