Senator Leman moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment?" YEAS: 20 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Austerman, Cowdery, Davis, Donley, Ellis, Elton, Green, Halford, Hoffman, Kelly, Leman, Lincoln, Olson, Phillips, Stevens, Taylor, Therriault, Torgerson, Ward, Wilken and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 23 am H Relating to declaring April 6, 2002, as Alaska Tartan Day. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The resolution was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
