SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 23 Relating to                                                     
declaring April 6, 2002, as Alaska Tartan Day, was read the second                                  
time and was before the Senate on final passage.                                                    
                                                                                                    
Senators Taylor, Green, Stevens, Ward moved and asked unanimous                                     
consent to be shown as cosponsors on the resolution. Without                                        
objection, it was so ordered.                                                                       
                                                                                                    
The question being: "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                                             
NO. 23 Relating to declaring April 6, 2002, as Alaska Tartan Day,
