The Labor and Commerce Committee considered SENATE BILL NO.                                         
9 "An Act extending the termination date of the State Board of                                      
Registration for Architects, Engineers, and Land Surveyors" and                                     
recommended it be replaced with                                                                     
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR  SENATE BILL NO. 9(L&C) "An Act                                                    
          extending the termination date of the State Board of                                      
          Registration for Architects, Engineers, and Land                                          
          Surveyors; relating to the temporary member of that                                       
          board; and providing for an effective date."
