The Resources Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 366 "An                                          
Act relating to the fee for the Chitina dip net fishing permit; and                                 
providing for an effective date" and recommended it be replaced with                                
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 366(RES) "An Act                                                   
          relating to the fee for the Chitina dip net fishing                                       
          permit and to Chitina fishery access; and providing                                       
          for an effective date."
