The Transportation Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 320                                         
"An Act relating to certain motor vehicle repairs and prohibiting                                   
discrimination in motor vehicle insurance rates based on credit rating                              
or credit scoring; and providing for an effective date" and                                         
recommended it be replaced with                                                                     
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 320 (TRA) "An Act                                                  
          prohibiting discrimination in insurance rates based on                                    
          credit rating or credit scoring; and providing for an
