The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 257 "An Act                                        
extending the termination date of the Board of Professional                                         
Counselors" and recommended it be replaced with                                                     
                                                                                                    
             CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 257(FIN) "An Act                                                
             extending the termination date of the Board of                                         
             Professional Counselors; and relating to licensing of
