The Transportation Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 123                                         
"An Act relating to legislative approval for the design and construction                            
of facilities of the Alaska Railroad Corporation" and recommended it                                
be replaced with                                                                                    
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 123(TRA) "An Act                                                   
          relating to legislative approval for the design and                                       
          construction of facilities of the Alaska Railroad                                         
          Corporation and railroad line realignment and                                             
          railroad corridor projects of the Alaska Railroad
