The following previously published fiscal information applies: Fiscal Note No. 2, zero, Department of Education and Early Development Senator Leman moved that the Senate adopt the Conference Committee Report on CONFERENCE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 11. SB 11 Senator Ellis called the Senate. The call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall the Senate adopt the Conference Committee Report on CONFERENCE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 11 "An Act relating to required school attendance; and providing for an effective date"?" Senator Leman moved the effective date clause. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?"
