There being no further objections, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 363(STA) am was automatically in third reading. The question being: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 363(STA) am "An Act relating to communications and elections, to reporting of contributions and expenditures, and to campaign misconduct in the second degree; relating to disclosure by individuals of contributions to candidates; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?"
