CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 194(FIN) BY THE HOUSE FINANCE                                                 
COMMITTEE, entitled:                                                                                
                                                                                                    
             "An Act relating to fees for commercial fishing                                        
             licenses and permits; and providing for an effective                                   
             date."                                                                                 
                                                                                                    
was read the first time and referred to the Resources and Finance

Message dated April 20 was read, stating the House passed and                                       
returned for consideration CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 60(JUD) am                                        
with the following amendment:                                                                       
                                                                                                    
             HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO.                                                    
             60(RES) "An Act relating to agricultural facilities                                    
             and operations as private nuisances; and to                                            
             disclosures in transfers of certain real property                                      
             located within the vicinity of an agricultural facility                                
             or an agricultural operation."                                                         
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved that the Senate concur in the House                                             
amendment.
