Full Journal pdf2001-01-22 Senate Journal Page 0137 Unfinished Business SB 37 President Halford added a Labor and Commerce Committee referral to SENATE BILL NO. 37 "An Act relating to collective negotiation by physicians with health benefit plans; and to health benefit plan contracts with individual competing physicians." The bill was referred to the Judiciary, then Labor and Commerce and Finance Committees. SB 49 Senator Therriault moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as a cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 49 "An Act eliminating a requirement that a social security number be provided by an applicant for a hunting or sport fishing license or tag and for certain hunting permits; and providing for an effective date." Without objection, it was so ordered. Pursuant to AS 24.20.650, President Halford appointed the following members to the Joint Armed Services Committee: Senator Wilken, Cochair Senator Phillips Senator Leman Senator Pearce Senator Davis Senator Austerman, Alternate Senator Pearce moved and asked unanimous consent to be excused from a call of the Senate on February 1, February 2, to plane time, February 5, and February 7 through February 9. Without objection, Senator Pearce was excused. Senator Donley moved and asked unanimous consent to be excused from a call of the Senate on January 26. Without objection, Senator Donley was excused.
