Senator Green, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                                        
Uniform Rule 23 be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 306 "An Act                                            
establishing the Prescription Drug Assistance Task Force; and                                       
providing for an effective date" for the Health, Education and Social                               
Services Committee meeting on April 17. Without objection, it was so                                
ordered.
