SENATE BILL NO. 185 "An Act relating to the basis for determining                                   
eligibility for and the amount of power cost equalization payments;                                 
and providing for an effective date" was read the second time.                                      
                                                                                                    
Senator Donley, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                  
adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 2728.                                  
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 185(FIN) was                                              
adopted and read the second time.
