Senator Donley requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                                         
SENATE BILL NO. 123(FIN)(title am) "An Act relating to the                                          
program of construction projects of the Alaska Railroad Corporation"                                
be taken up. The bill was before the Senate on reconsideration.                                     
                                                                                                    
Senator Donley moved that the Senate rescind its previous action in                                 
adopting Title Amendment No. 1. Senator Taylor objected.                                            
                                                                                                    
The question being: "Shall the Senate rescind its previous action?" The
