The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 123 "An Act                                        
relating to legislative approval for the design and construction of                                 
facilities of the Alaska Railroad Corporation" and recommended it be                                
replaced with                                                                                       
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 123(FIN) "An Act                                                   
          relating to the program of federally funded                                               
          construction projects of the Alaska Railroad
