The Conference Committee Report on CONFERENCE CS FOR                                                
HOUSE BILL NO. 404 "An Act making appropriations for the                                            
operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive                              
mental health program; and providing for an effective date" which had                               
been held on the Secretary's Desk (page 3486), was before the Senate.                               
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved that the Senate adopt the Conference                                            
Committee Report on CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.

with the following result:
