the Senate amendment to CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 404(FIN) and                                          
respectfully requests the Senate to recede from its amendment,

          SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                                                       
          404(FIN) "An Act making appropriations for the                                            
          operating and capital expenses of the state's
