Senator Elton moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 5. Senator Green objected. President Halford stated that there was a technical problem with Amendment No. 5. President Halford stated, if there was no objection, anything in Amendment No. 5 that refers to General Fund/Mental Health should be excluded. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Ellis called the Senate. The call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 5 be adopted?"
