Language Section: Amend the Marine Highway System Fund section

     The sum of $40,795,000 [$39,120,600] is appropriated from the                              
     general fund to the Alaska marine highway system fund (AS                                      
     19.65.060).                                                                                    
                                                                                                    
Senator Elton moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 5. Senator                                    
Green objected.                                                                                     
                                                                                                    
President Halford stated that there was a technical problem with                                    
Amendment No. 5. President Halford stated, if there was no objection,                               
anything in Amendment No. 5 that refers to General Fund/Mental                                      
Health should be excluded. Without objection, it was so ordered.                                    
                                                                                                    
Senator Ellis called the Senate. The call was satisfied.
