Senator Davis moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 3. Senator

President Halford stated there was a technical problem with                                         
Amendment No. 3. The amendment should only refer to General                                         
Funds. President Halford stated that if there was no objection,                                     
Amendment No. 3 would only deal with General Funds. Without                                         
objection, it was so ordered.
