HOUSE BILL NO. 204 will be on the May 7 calendar. HB 210 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 210(JUD) am "An Act relating to sexual assault and sexual abuse of a minor" was read the second time. Senators Pearce, Halford, Taylor, Leman moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cross sponsors on the bill. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Ellis objected.
