Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the Senate temporarily advance to consideration of CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 167(STA). Without objection, the Senate proceeded to: HB 167 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 167(STA) was read the third time.
