Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that                                         
CSSJR 7(RES) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading,                                    
and placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so                                   
ordered.                                                                                            
                                                                                                    
CSSJR 7(RES) was read the third time.
