Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that                                         
CSSJR 7(RES) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading,                                    
and placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so                                   
CSSJR 7(RES) was read the third time.                                                               
**The presence of Representative Mulder was noted.                                                  
The question being:  "Shall CSSJR 7(RES) pass the House?"  The roll
