SCR 23 was again before the House in second reading. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Berkowitz: Page 2, line 11, following "Day": Insert "and that this resolution is effective immediately" Representative Berkowitz moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall SCR 23 am H pass the House?"
